Job summary

Bain & Company APAC HR Operations in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Coordinator to own delivery of HR activities across offices. You will handle data entry, HRIS updates, and end-to-end paperwork with a strong focus on accuracy and deadlines.

Working remotely with HR stakeholders, you will develop processes, manage multiple tasks, and support onboarding, leaves, and reporting initiatives within a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required; 1–3 years of admin/HR experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Workday a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data entry for HR processes across supported offices in Workday.
• Administer end-to-end process support and paperwork (onboarding, leaves, departures).
• Time & Absence (T&A) support and troubleshooting for HR systems and policies.
• Provide data for ad-hoc HR reporting and regular analytics to stakeholders.
• Manage customer requests via ServiceNow with timely, professional responses.
