Job summary

Salt Talent Search is seeking an HR Operations Admin for a 12-month contract to support day-to-day HR operations across APAC. The role focuses on accurate processing of employee lifecycle transactions, timely responses to inquiries, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and SLAs.

You will collaborate with local HR teams for feedback, drive process optimization, and contribute to regional initiatives aimed at elevating the employee experience. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations.
• Basic understanding of labour/compliance laws.
• Basic understanding of employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, leaves, offboarding).
• Demonstrate resilience in managing high volumes of employee requests within deadlines.
• Meticulous in ensuring high accuracy of work output.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage standardized HR lifecycle transactions across APAC countries in line with SLAs and policies.
• Collaborate with local HR teams for policy/system feedback and Tier 2 support when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement of employee lifecycle processes through process optimization and HR system enhancements.
• Contribute to regional and global initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency and employee experience.
