Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 0–6 months customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly, both written and verbal, with courteous, professional manner.
• Strong PC/navigation skills and attention to detail; able to use guidance materials.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changes quickly, and work well in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer interactions; maintain a positive tone and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls or online inquiries per client requirements.
• Strive to meet KPI targets and provide resolution to routine problems.
• Greet customers professionally and build rapport with empathy.
• Maintain accurate notes in the system and update accounts as required.
• Refer customers to published materials or senior staff when needed.
