Concentrix CVG Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is hiring an Advisor II, Sales-Mandarin in Kuala Lumpur to engage customers via inbound/outbound calls and online channels, driving product sales and delivering service excellence.

The role requires fluent Mandarin, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment while delivering high-quality customer service.

Competenze

• High school diploma with six months of sales experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Ability to learn and think conceptually.
• Able to rotate shifts, as needed.

• Achieving specific sales targets and maximizing sale opportunities on each and every call.
• Use non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer appropriate products.
• Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures.
• Ensure service delivered meets contractual sales goals and KPIs.
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, professional manner.
• Listen attentively to customer needs; build rapport while maximizing opportunity.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and provide resolution.
• Prepare complete and accurate work including account notation.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Answer billing questions by discussing components of customer accounts.
