Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
• Dependable with attention to detail; able to multitask and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivered meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution using tools and resources.
• Listen attentively and demonstrate empathy while building rapport.
• Greet customers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Maintain basic knowledge of products/services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work; document accounts.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products/services where appropriate.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
• Refer inquiries to published materials or senior staff for resolution.
