Qualifications

• Willingness to rotate shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivered meets contractual KPIs.
• Clarify requirements; probe for understanding and provide resolution using tools.
• Listen to customer needs with empathy and build rapport.
• Greet customers courteously following procedures.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work in the system.
• Respond to inquiries by referring to published materials or senior staff.
• Offer additional products/services when appropriate.
• Track and retrieve information in call tracking database.
