Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure service levels meet client KPIs.
• Clarify requirements and provide resolutions using available tools.
• Listen attentively, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport.
• Greet customers professionally and maintain courteous service.
• Document and update accounts accurately in the system.
• Refer inquiries to published materials or senior staff when needed.
• Cross-sell/additional products and services where appropriate.
• Track customer interactions in the call tracking database.
