Job summary

Concentrix CVG Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Advisor I, Customer Service to assist customers via inbound/outbound calls or online channels, delivering service support and resolving routine problems related to client products or services.

You will greet customers professionally, maintain product knowledge, document interactions accurately, and work with a team in a fast-paced environment while rotating shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Skilled in multi-tasking; flexible and adaptable to changes
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production environment
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; maintain a pleasant and professional tone
• Ability to rotate shifts, as needed

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or online per client requirements
• Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding and use resources to resolve the issue
• Greet customers in a courteous, professional manner and maintain a consistent service standard
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services and document interactions accurately
• Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately noting accounts
• Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
• Offer additional products and/or services when appropriate
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database
• Respond to inquiries by referring customers to published materials or more senior staff
