Zenmac Engineering Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth for the packaging materials division across Malaysia.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle—from market mapping and lead generation to technical consultation and closing—acting as a strategic partner to converters and manufacturers. The role requires 2–3 years in sales/business development within flexible packaging, chemical, or industrial manufacturing, with a Diploma in related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Material Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify and engage with new flexible packaging converters and manufacturers within the Malaysian market.
• Consultative Sales: Understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate product grade.
• Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, upsell opportunities.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, raw material price fluctuations, and competitor activity.
• Sales Coordination: Work with logistics and technical teams for timely delivery and post-sales support.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide regular updates on targets.
