Job summary

Airswift in Malaysia seeks a Business Development & Marketing Executive to identify new B2B opportunities and support marketing initiatives for our client's industrial packaging solutions. The role focuses on acquiring and managing high-value customers in electronics, renewable energy, and industrial manufacturing.

You will collaborate with R&D, engineering and operations to prepare proposals, quotations and samples, follow up on RFQs, and grow existing accounts through cross-selling while

Qualifications

• Develop new business opportunities and support marketing initiatives in a B2B packaging environment.
• Engage with multinational manufacturers and industrial companies.
• Prepare packaging solutions, samples, quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on RFQs and convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts with cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B customers, including multinationals.
• Generate opportunities through visits, referrals, networking, and exhibitions.
• Assess customer packaging needs and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, costing and operations to prepare proposals.
• Follow up RFQs, quotations and samples to close sales.
• Service assigned customers with regular engagement and timely follow-up.
• Grow accounts by identifying new projects and cross-selling products.
• Build relationships with purchasing, engineering, quality and ops teams.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and provide updates on activity and status.
