Job summary

Tayopack Sdn Bhd, a leading PVC, Metallised PVC, OPP, PET & Flexible Packaging Converter in Malaysia, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships. You will identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts and achieve sales targets in the packaging sector, coordinating with production, customer service and delivery to ensure smooth orders.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Business or Marketing, 1–2 years sales experience in

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, packaging or FMCG.
Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Attend to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Develop new market opportunities to expand company sales and business growth.
Maintain and manage existing customers as assigned by the company.
Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities and coordinate with customers to secure orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management review.
Achieve sales targets set by the company.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
Perform any other duties assigned by management related to sales and business development.
