Job summary

Career Wise is seeking a skilled Business Development professional in Malaysia to identify, pursue, and close opportunities in the building materials sector. You will build strong client relationships, deliver compelling proposals, and coordinate with internal teams for successful onboarding and delivery.

The role requires market analysis, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to travel across Malaysia to meet targets and expand the client base.

Qualifications

Experience in building material business development, sales, or related field within the services sector.
Strong knowledge in building and construction material.
Willingness to travel within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients within target markets.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and strategic partners.
Prepare and deliver business proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends.
Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client onboarding and project delivery.
Monitor and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and sales metrics.
Attend industry events and networking sessions to generate leads and build networks.
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
