Job summary

Yu Tong Construction Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks an experienced M&E Coordinator to align mechanical and electrical systems across our projects. You will coordinate site activities, review drawings, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Collaborate with architects, engineers and suppliers, manage schedules and documentation, and support project managers with cost tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in M&E coordination or similar role within construction.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing and electrical installations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to conduct site visits and inspections as required.

About the role

Yu Tong Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join our engineering team. This is a position based in Penang, where you will play a crucial role in coordinating mechanical and electrical systems across our construction projects. As M&E Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of all mechanical and electrical components, managing project timelines, liaising between design and execution teams, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
