Elomech Engineering Sdn Bhd in Klang Valley seeks an M&E Site Engineer (Electrical Major) to oversee and manage building services projects, plan and implement M&E systems, and coordinate with other disciplines on-site.

You will supervise construction activities, perform site inspections, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support FM and building maintenance tasks with strong project management.

Strong communication, problem solving, and ability to work with diverse teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Proficiency in M&E and Building Services.
• Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Preparing and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on projects. Evaluate operations and processes.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best works / task to be completed.
• Review and provide update technical drawings and engineering plans. Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency.
• Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
• Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant party and personnel.
• Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
• Assisting quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.

This is a full-time on-site role for an M&E Site Engineer (Electrical Major) located in Klang Valley. The M&E SiteEngineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspects of building services projects.
