Job summary

Hatch Asia in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations and the end-to-end movement of goods. You will coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, inventory, and documentation to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field and 3–5 years' experience, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions and cycle counts.

The Logistics & Warehouse Executive will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and logistics functions. This role ensures the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining operational excellence, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

The Challenges

• Plan, organize, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Implement and maintain proper storage practices to ensure efficient use of space and prevent damage to goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic reconciliations.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of inventory transactions.
• Monitor stock levels and perform regular cycle counts and audits.
