Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Executive (Administrator) to plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services, ensuring stock accuracy and process quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Ensuring process control are established and adhered to handle stock movement and inventory control according to procedures and work instruction.
• Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes.
• Coordinates with internal & external parties on logistics process & documentation preparation.
• Ensure daily cycle count activity is carried out to maintain stock accuracy.
• Any tasks assigned by the immediate superior as required by the company.

Requirements:

• Candidate(s) must possesses at least a Bachelors Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office operation, Excel & etc.
• Effective communicator: Strong written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills & leadership.
• Organised and able to effectively prioritise & execute tasks while under pressure in a fast paced environment.
