Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound/outbound goods per procurement SOP.
  • Ensure proper documentation (K1 forms, receipts, invoices) maintained.
  • Coordinate quarterly meetings with customs officers and freight forwarders.
  • Identify and develop partnerships with freight forwarders or courier services.
  • Monitor logistics performance and ERP flowcharts; ensure timely PR issuance for transport costs.
  • Identify suitable HS codes and manage tax exemptions (MOF applications, Form E, MJFTA).
  • Ensure logistics invoices (trucking, SST, courier) are paid on time.
  • Support Warehouse Admin in updating IQMS and staff timesheets; participate in warehouse meetings.

About the job SENIOR EXECUTIVE, LOGISTIC

Role Overview & Objective:

This role plays a key function in supporting logistics efficiency, cost optimization, and compliance within the warehouse operations. It involves the preparation and management of documentation for inbound/outbound shipments, tax exemptions, and ensuring full compliance with customs requirements. It also includes coordination with relevant authorities and partners for smooth logistics execution.

1. Logistics Operations:

  • Manage and prioritize inbound/outbound goods according to procurement SOP.
  • Ensure proper documentation (K1 forms, receipts, invoices) is maintained.
  • Coordinate quarterly meetings with customs officers and freight forwarders for updates and issue resolution.
  • Identify and develop partnerships with freight forwarders or courier services.
  • Monitor logistics performance, maintain ERP logistics flowcharts, and ensure timely PR issuance for transport costs.
  • Identify suitable HS codes and manage tax exemptions (e.g., MOF applications, Form E, MJFTA).
  • Ensure invoices related to logistics (trucking, SST, courier) are paid on time.

2. Warehouse / Inventory:

  • Support Warehouse Admin in updating IQMS, managing staff timesheets, and handling administrative matters.
  • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse meetings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Zero or minimal non-compliance cases.
  • Accurate declarations and timely arrivals of urgent parts.
  • Cost-effective logistics operations and utilization of tax exemption opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in logistics management.
