Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FSSC 22000, OHSAS, and security policies and procedures.
• Excellent mentoring, leadership, and people management skills.
• Experience in warehouse security programs, vehicle inspections, and related procedures.
• Ability to foster a cohesive, collaborative, and positive work environment.
• Strong, honest, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods
• Negotiate with vendors and carriers to secure competitive rates and services
• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the logistics department
• Monitor and coordinate with superiors on the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery
• Oversee inventory management and hands-on preparation of shipping documents and activities
• Track shipments and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers
• Analyze and improve existing logistic processes to optimize efficiency
• Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics
• Manage E-Permit applications for export shipments through E-Dagang and follow up on supporting documents

Job Requirements
