Job summary

TT Freight Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. You will manage daily import/export and haulage operations, arrange shipments, and update customers on status while ensuring compliance with SOP and customs regulations.

You will liaise with shipping lines, forwarders, and warehouse teams, maintaining meticulous records and supporting monthly reporting. Fluency in Mandarin is required, with English/Bahasa Malaysia an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in logistics, forwarding or freight.
• Fluent in Mandarin; English and Bahasa Malaysia advantageous.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily import/export and haulage operations.
• Arrange shipments, deliveries, and cargo scheduling.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Handle shipping documents, invoices, and delivery orders.
• Ensure compliance with SOP and customs regulations.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers, agents, and partners.
• Liaise with shipping lines, forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams.
• Monitor end-to-end shipment progress and resolve delays or issues promptly.
• Prepare and verify shipping and logistics documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions; assist in monthly reporting.
• Work closely with sales, warehouse and operations; support ad-hoc tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics Operations Management

• Coordinate daily import/export and haulage operations
• Arrange shipments, deliveries, and cargo scheduling

• Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers, agents, and partners
• Handle enquiries, complaints, and shipment updates in a professional manner
• Liaise with shipping lines, forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams

3. Shipment Tracking & Problem Solving

• Monitor end-to-end shipment progress
• Resolve delays, damages, or operational issues promptly
• Provide alternative solutions for delivery disruptions

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and verify shipping and logistics documentation
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions
• Assist in monthly reporting and performance tracking

5. Coordination & Support

• Work closely with sales, warehouse, and operations teams
• Support ad-hoc logistics or administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in logistics, forwarding, or freight industry (preferred)
• Must be able to speak, read, and write Chinese fluently
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)
