Job summary

BANDAR UTAMA CITY CENTRE SDN BHD is seeking a leasing-focused professional to join Centro Mall in Klang. You will source prospects, conduct marketing activities, and manage lease documentation while negotiating deals to build a diverse tenant mix.

Fresh graduates or marketing-experienced candidates are welcome. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are required to effectively coordinate with tenants and management.

Responsibilities

• Source potential prospects and handle leasing inquiries.
• Conduct marketing cold calls, site viewings, and presentations.
• Manage lease documentation and ensure compliance.
• Generate leads and negotiate leasing deals from initiation to execution.
• Assist with retail operations and recommend strategies to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with tenants and ensure adherence to mall rules and regulations.
• Monitor tenancy renewals and follow up on payments.
• Support planning and implementation of the mall’s tenancy mix.
• Research and report on competitive leasing trends.
• Address and communicate issues to management, proposing corrective actions.
• Work closely with the Head of Department to achieve departmental goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants.

What You’ll Do

Source potential prospects and handle leasing inquiries.
