Job summary

1 Utama Shopping Centre, operated by BANDAR UTAMA CITY CENTRE SDN BHD, is seeking a Park Assistant to manage daily car park operations at Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, with weekend and public holiday coverage.

The role requires knowledge of LPR and Parking Management System, plus clear, polite communication and a customer-friendly approach. It is a full-time position with benefits including medical coverage and parking.

Qualifications

Willingness to work on shift and public holidays.
Knowledge of LPR and Parking Management System.
Ability to communicate clearly and politely.

Responsibilities

Provides car park daily operations & service in good manners.
To work and on duty especially during Weekend & Public Holidays.
Attend to Shopper enquiry with intercoms or complaints in good manners.
Attend to operation issues for parking gates, APS, LPR camera & others.

What You’ll Do

Provides car park daily operations & service in good manners
To work and on duty especially during Weekend & Public Holidays
Attend to Shopper enquiry with intercoms or complaints in good manners
Attend to operation issues for parking gates, APS, LPR camera & others
Report to Executives / Car Park Manager on needs to repair on parts at car park levels
