Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Marketing & Leasing Assistant to support prospecting, site viewings, and tenant communications in Klang Valley. You will also assist with leasing documentation and lead generation while coordinating with stakeholders to drive occupancy and retail performance.

Fresh graduates or marketing-experienced candidates are welcome, with emphasis on strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with prospects and tenants.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or marketing-experienced candidates preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful and able to work effectively with prospects and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Source potential prospects and handle leasing inquiries.
• Conduct marketing cold calls, site viewings, and presentations.
• Manage lease documentation and ensure compliance.
• Generate leads and negotiate leasing deals from initiation to execution.
• Assist with retail operations and recommend strategies to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with tenants and ensure adherence to mall rules and regulations.
• Research and report on competitive leasing trends.
• Address and communicate issues to management, proposing corrective actions.
• Work closely with the Head of Department to achieve department goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
