Job summary

Mayland Group of Companies – Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur seeks a Leasing Assistant to support sourcing and securing tenants for the shopping mall and to meet leasing targets. You will attend leasing enquiries, initiate discussions with potential tenants, and negotiate leases and terms.

You will monitor tenant mix, conduct market research, and maintain landlord-tenant relationships, ensuring alignment with the retail plan.

Qualifications

• Possess Degree or Diploma in Marketing and other related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in retail mall leasing.
• Mature in personality and has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Positive, aggressive and possess strong organizational & time management skills.
• Possess good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that tenants are consistent with the retail plan and the positioning of the shopping mall.
• Ensure that all leasing documentations are well maintained.
