Job summary

Ancubic Capital Sdn Bhd is recruiting for a senior leasing professional in Kuala Lumpur to develop and execute strategic leasing plans and lead the leasing team. a. Develop and execute strategic leasing plans to achieve the company’s occupancy, rental yield, and revenue targets across all property projects.

b. Lead, supervise, and mentor the leasing team to ensure efficient performance and achievement of departmental goals.

c. Oversee the entire leasing cycle — from prospecting, negotiation, and documentation to tenant handover and retention.

d. Formulate and implement leasing policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency.

e. Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to identify rental trends, tenant mix opportunities, and competitive positioning.

f. Collaborate closely with the Project Development, Marketing, and Property Management teams to ensure the properties are market-ready and aligned with the company’s branding and positioning strategies.

g. Build and maintain strong business relationships with key tenants, real estate agents, and corporate clients to secure long-term leases.

h. Review and negotiate letters of offer, tenancy agreements, and renewals to protect the company’s interest and ensure profitability.

i. Provide management with leasing forecasts, performance analysis, and progress reports, highlighting risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.

j. Plan and execute tenant mix strategies for commercial and retail developments to maximize traffic flow and enhance property value.

k. Manage tenant issues, renewals, and rent reviews to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.

l. Ensure compliance with relevant legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements related to property leasing and management.

m. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, analysis and related duties as and when necessary, as supervisor/Company management instructed

n. Performs other duties, assignments, obligations, etc., as may be assigned by the Company that fits your skills and experience.
