The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the company’s leasing, marketing, and event management activities.
Source and secure new tenants; respond to leasing inquiries.
Negotiate rental rates, tenancy terms, and conditions.
Manage rental renewals and lump‑sum pricing negotiations.
Maintain strong tenant‑landlord relationships and handle tenant complaints professionally.
Keep management updated on market conditions and competitor activities.
Conduct market research and produce leasing strategies.
Maintain thorough knowledge of tenant policies, leasing terms, rental rates, unit sizes, specifications, and amenities.
Manage leasing, relocations, promotions, and permanent lots.
Plan and execute end‑to‑end marketing campaigns and events.
Develop and maintain strong contacts with local and international retailers.
Oversee event management, promotions, and brand visibility activities.
Control housekeeping issues to ensure a conducive environment for tenants and visitors.
Prepare and maintain complete filing and documentation.
Deliver regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on leasing, marketing, and events.
Handle ad‑hoc projects and responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director or MD’s Office.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in leasing, marketing, or event management (property/retail industry preferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in market research and strategy development.
Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
