Job summary

Concentrix CVG Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Advisor I, Customer Service – Malay to interface with customers via calls or online channels and provide service support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Skilled in multitasking; able to adapt to changes quickly.
• Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as a team member, or independently.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations and maintain a professional tone.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or online channels as required by client.
• Provide customer service support and resolve routine problems.
• Meet contractual KPIs for service delivery.
• Clarify requirements; use tools to resolve customer issues.
• Greet customers courteously and professionally.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services.
• Document work accurately and reference accounts as needed.
• Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products/services where appropriate.
• Track and retrieve information in the call tracking system.
