Job summary

Rangers in Malaysia seeks a Client Account Specialist to manage key client accounts, build strong relationships, and drive revenue through effective account management and business development. You will resolve client issues, communicate with internal teams, and support growth initiatives.

Qualifications include at least 2 years in key account management, strong English communication, and willingness to travel with own transport. Mandarin is a plus. On-site weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of key account management experience.
• Strong verbal and written English; Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin advantageous.
• Willingness to travel and own transport; on-site weekends.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Address, manage and resolve key clients’ issues across ongoing and future projects.
• Proactively manage risks and expectations to maintain service quality.
• Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams (supervisors and part timers).
• Generate new sales and leads to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Prepare quotations based on clients’ needs and requirements.
• Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for stakeholders using key account metrics.
