Job summary

You will be the primary liaison between key clients and internal teams, proactively resolve issues, and coordinate across projects to sustain profitability and client success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Key Account management experience or relevant is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (added advantage).
• Must be willing to travel and possess own transport for work-related activities.
• Ability to exercise initiative, judgments and prioritise workload in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key client accounts by building strong relationships.
• Drive revenue and profitability through effective account management and business development.
• Address client issues across ongoing and future projects.
• Prepare quotations based on clients' needs.
• Act as main contact between key clients and internal teams.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to stakeholders.
