Job summary

Rangers SW Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a Client Account Specialist to manage and grow key client accounts.

You will build strong client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive revenue and profitability through effective account management, issue resolution, and business development. You will address client issues across ongoing and future projects, proactively manage risks, and act as the main contact between clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Key Account management experience or relevant is preferred
• Good verbal and written communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (added advantage)
• Must be willing to travel and possess own transport for work-related activities
• Occasionally be on-site during weekends
• Ability to exercise initiative, judgments, and prioritize workload in a fast-moving environment
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills with excellent presentation skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Solution-focused, positive mindset, results-oriented, creative, fast learner, and team player

Responsibilities

• Address, manage, and resolve key clients’ issues across ongoing and future projects
• Proactively manage risks and expectations to maintain service quality
• Act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
• Play an integral part in generating new sales and leads
• Prepare quotations based on clients’ needs
• Identify potential prospects and increase company growth and revenues
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients to generate revenue and profits
• Manage and monitor company margins and optimize profits
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics
