Job summary

Trans Elite Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Junior / Assistant Sales Manager with an Electrical Engineering background to join our team in Shah Alam. You will develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts and provide technical sales support for electrical systems, BESS, energy solutions and gensets.

The role blends technical know-how with sales. You will communicate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to propose suitable solutions, prepare quotations, and help achieve

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Experience in electrical systems, BESS, energy solutions, power generation or gensets.
• Experience in technical sales, sales engineering or business development is an advantage.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and communicate technical information clearly to customers.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote and sell electrical systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), energy solutions and generator sets (gensets).
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions, quotations and sales proposals.
• Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs and internal departments on technical enquiries, project delivery and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports, follow up on customer payments and ensure customer satisfaction.
