Job summary

AQ Energy (Max Bell Sdn Bhd) is seeking a Junior Business Development professional in Shah Alam to drive solar sales by managing leads, recommending energy solutions, and closing deals. You will build strong client relationships and collaborate with engineering teams to meet monthly KPIs.

You will train sales interns, prepare quotations, and track progress using Excel and CRM tools while communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service.
• Willingness to learn technical knowledge related to solar systems.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/reporting tools.
• Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive solar sales by managing leads, recommending solar solutions, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Train sales interns and guide them on lead handling and communication with customers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Admin, and Finance teams for smooth project handovers and execution.
• Conduct on-site inspections and face-to-face meetings to help close sales deals.
