EITA Power System Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a dynamic Sales Engineer (Assistant Manager / Executive) to drive its engineering product and solution portfolios.

The role welcomes graduates and professionals from Engineering, Business, or Marketing backgrounds ready to apply commercial curiosity and technical aptitude to win contracts. You'll translate product features into compelling value propositions, build relationships with clients, and travel for meetings and site visits while contributing

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in technical sales, B2B project sales, or business development.
• Fresh graduates with strong commercial drive and good communication are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to translate product features into value propositions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience liaising with M&E consultants or sub-contractors is a plus.
• Own transport and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and project targets through presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Organize and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events.
• Assist in creating promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
• Identify potential clients and generate new leads through market research and competitor analysis.
• Provide timely after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track and report sales performance, leads, and customer feedback.
