Trans Elite Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Junior / Assistant Sales Manager with an Electrical Engineering background to join our team in Shah Alam. You will develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts and provide technical sales support for electrical systems, BESS, energy solutions and gensets.

The role blends technical know-how with sales. You will communicate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to propose suitable solutions, prepare quotations, and help achieve

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Experience in electrical systems, BESS, energy solutions, power generation or gensets.
• Experience in technical sales, sales engineering or business development is an advantage.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and communicate technical information clearly to customers.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin communication preferred.

Junior / Assistant Sales Manager (Electrical & Energy Solutions)

We are seeking a motivated and technically knowledgeable Junior / Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at Trans Elite Group Sdn Bhd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships and providing technical sales support for electrical systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), energy solutions and generator sets (gensets).

This role is suitable for candidates with an Electrical Engineering background who have relevant industry experience and are interested in combining their technical knowledge with sales and business development. The candidate will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal departments to recommend suitable solutions, achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

Promote and sell electrical systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), energy solutions and generator sets (gensets).

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions, quotations and sales proposals.

Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs and internal departments on technical enquiries, project delivery and after-sales support.

Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.

Prepare sales reports, follow up on customer payments and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.

Relevant experience in electrical systems, BESS, energy solutions, power generation or gensets.

Experience in technical sales, sales engineering or business development is an advantage.

Good understanding of electrical systems, energy storage solutions or power generation equipment.

Able to understand technical specifications and communicate technical information clearly to customers.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Willing to travel for customer visits, site inspections and business development activities.

Self-motivated, responsible, results-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
