Dpstar Thermo Control Electric Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior Sales Engineer with an electrical or M&E background to drive technical sales and meet targets. You will generate leads, manage accounts via CRM, prepare quotes, and engage clients through calls, emails, and meetings.

You will have a mentor to guide you with the mentioned tasks. The role requires a Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree, with M&E or engineering background preferred and 1+ years of sales experience in the related industry.

We are seeking a Junior Sales Engineer with an electrical or M&E background to drive technical sales and meet targets. You will generate leads, manage accounts via CRM, prepare quotes, and engage clients through calls, emails, and meetings. You will have a mentor to guide you with the mentioned tasks.

Responsibilities:

Develop sales strategies and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Research prospects, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software.

Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints.

Prepare and send accurate quotes and proposals.

Participate actively in sales team meetings.

Liaise with diverse clients, suppliers, and associates using English, BM, and Mandarin proficiency.

Requirements:

Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree or similar.

M&E Background or Engineering Field Experience preferred.

1+ years of sales experience in the related industry preferred.

Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Excellent phone and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
