Job summary

PHHP Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Junior Maintenance Executive to support day-to-day operations, focusing on building maintenance, pest control, housekeeping and administration. The role involves preventive maintenance planning, coordinating with contractors and ensuring safety compliance.

You will assist with air-conditioning servicing, meter checks, reports, and daily monitoring of safety systems while contributing to a supportive office environment and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Must possess SPVM/MLVK or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Computer literate and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support preventive maintenance and projects per yearly F&M plan for facilities and equipment.
• Carry out bi-monthly air-cond maintenance and daily SAJ/TNB meter checks.
• Prepare F&M reports and daily monitoring of E-ML system.
• Coordinate with cleaners, security, pest control and service providers.
• Assist safety activities and PPE distribution; OSHA coordination.
• Perform basic inspections and coordinate simple repairs (plumbing, carpentry).
• Support generator checks and emergency readiness; assist trainings.
• Coordinate staff events and general administration incl. purchases.

Your main responsibilities is to support and assist on day to day operations especially on upkeep of office maintenance, pest control, housekeeping and general administration such as dispatch, PPE control, report submission and etc.

What is your role:

To support and ensure timely preventive maintenance and projects carry out as per F&M yearly plan for building facilities, equipment, environment & etc.

To carry out bi-monthly air-cond maintenance services and daily SAJ/TNB meter checking.

To support and prepare relevant F&M reports and daily monitoring of E-ML system.

To coordinate with contractor/service provider for office building maintenance such as cleaners, security guards, pest control & etc.

To support workplace safety activities arrangement such as hand sanitizer machine, atomizer, PPE distribution & etc.

Act as OSHA Coordinator, supporting compliance with safety and health regulations.

Assist in health and safety measures including refilling sanitizer machines, and upkeep of safety tools etc when necessary.

Conduct basic workplace inspections and coordinate simple repair work (e.g., plumbing, carpentry).

Support generator checks and emergency response readiness, as needed.

Assist Senior Executive to conduct safety-related trainingsessions for employees.

Oversee pest control activities, including coordination with external vendors and monitoring effectiveness.

To work with HR on arrangement and coordination of staff activities events such as setting up chairs, tables and coordination with food caterer when deem necessary.

To support local dispatch work when required and general administration function such as purchase and control of sundry items, toiletries, PPE items & etc.

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

Candidate must possess at least minimum SPVM/MLVK or equivalent.

At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Knowledge in plumbing, carpentry and generator set is an add advantage.

Computer literate and possess own vehicle.

Multitasking and able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision.

Willing to work long hour when necessary and standby during non-working days.
