Job summary

Esprit Care Sdn Bhd is seeking a maintenance technician to diagnose problems, repair parts, and test machines in our production facility in Malaysia. You will maintain utilities, HVAC and water systems, perform preventative maintenance and train operators on proper machine operation and cleaning.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar field, knowledge of HVAC/DI water systems, and strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• SPM/STPM/Certificate or Diploma (mechanical, electrical) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of HVAC, DI water system, building maintenance or equivalent.
• Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Preferably technician specializing in health supplement or pharma industry.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and communication skill.
• Able to maintain and troubleshooting problems on the machines, preventive maintenance and building facilities.
• Must be well-organized and have to the ability to prioritize task.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical skill on diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, testing, setting and adjustments on machines, utilities and plant facilities.
• Maintain all utilities and machines according to schedule and service plans.
• Schedule and record preventative maintenance in the production area.
• Support and perform office facilities maintenance and repair services.
• Monitor and maintain purified water system, HVAC, and compressed air systems.
• Operate machines and conduct training for production staff on operation and cleaning.
• Communicate issues to superior, troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and availability of spare parts for machines.
• Collaborate with related departments to meet customer and audit requirements.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

To perform mechanical skill on diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, testing, setting and make adjustments on machines, utilities and plant facilities.

To ensure all utilities and machine are well maintained and serviced as per scheduled.

To schedule and record the preventative machine in production area.

To support and perform office facilities maintenance and repair services.

To monitor and maintain purified water system, HVAC system, compressed air system and so on.

To operate machine and conduct training to production staff for operation and cleaning the machine.

To communicate and feedback to superior issue on machine, troubleshoot problems and concern corrective action.

To maintain safety, clean and tidy of machine and keep update availability spare part.

To work closely with related department to meets customer and audits requirement.

To undertake any other jobs as assigned by superior or Management of the company from time to time.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least in SPM/STPM/Certificate or Diploma (mechanical, electrical) or equivalent.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of HVAC, DI water system, building maintenance or equivalent.

Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.

Preferably technician specializing in health supplement or pharma industry.

Effective problem-solving abilities and communication skill.

Able to maintain and troubleshooting problems on the machines, preventive maintenance and building facilities.
