PHHP Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior Market Support Executive / Nutritionist to deliver customer service and market support aligned with company objectives. The role involves creating engaging videos and educational content, conducting health talks, and supporting product launches with nutrition-based strategies.

The ideal candidate holds a Nutrition-related degree, has at least 2 years of experience, and demonstrates strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Computer literate and comfortable with online training platforms.

Responsibilities

Junior Market Support Executive / Nutritionist

This role involves delivering customer service and market support aligned with company objectives, creating engaging videos and educational content, and conducting health talks and nutritional guidance. You will support product launches, develop market support tools, and plan digital marketing activities including Facebook Live sessions.

Key responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and market support aligned with company objectives

Create engaging videos, educational content, and sales aid materials to promote PHHP's products

Participate in marketing events and activities to support business growth

Conduct online and offline health talks, provide nutritional guidance, and address product inquiries

Support new product launches with nutrition-based strategies

Develop market support tools and support the training of distributors on product benefits

Plan and host Facebook Live sessions, collaborate with Branding Department to ensure accurate and consistent content

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

About you

Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or equivalent

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and a strong interest in the field are welcome to apply

Strong presentation, communication, and public speaking skills

Computer literate and comfortable with online training platforms

Possess own vehicle and willing to travel locally and outstation

Preferred: Experience in direct selling, AI tools for content creation, exposure to campaign planning

Passionate about health, nutrition, and customer education
