Job summary

ARTAC CONSULTING SDN. BHD. is seeking a dynamic Maintenance staff to keep buildings, machines, and systems in good working order through routine inspections, preventive servicing, and timely repairs.

The role requires a diploma or certification in related fields and 1–2 years of experience. You will work in a multi-skilled environment in Kuala Lumpur, liaising with external vendors and preparing maintenance reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certification in Mechanical Engineering / Building Maintenance / Electrical / Air Conditioning / Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of working experience in related field.
• Willing to work overtime and on-call when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings, machines, and systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC issues.
• Liaise and supervise external vendors and contractors for maintenance services and equipment procurement.
• Prepare maintenance reports using MS Office.
• Work independently and manage time effectively; willing to support weekend/public holiday rosters.

Job description

As a maintenance in property company and tasks involve keeping buildings, machines, and systems in good working order through core activities like routine inspections, preventive servicing, and corrective repairs

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma/Certification in Mechanical Engineering / Building of Maintenance / Electrical / Air Conditioning / Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia /or equivalent

At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field

Task Of Works

To solve issues on mechanical, troubleshoots, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, air conditioning and general repairs

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Liaise and supervise with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services and equipment procurement

Able to work with Microsoft Office such as word and excel to prepare maintenance report

Available to work on call is needed and overtime will be paid

Willing to work in a multi-skilled environment with minimum supervision

Willing to work overtime, weekend and public holiday (as needed) as per request

Working Hour / Day

Working days (Office hour) Monday to Friday (09:00 am - 05:45pm)

Group Personal Accident (24 hours cover)

Annual Leave and Medical Leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labour Law

Company provided tools and equipment

Meal Allowances provided (if travelling outside Kuala Lumpur)

Mileage Claim will be paid (if using own transport)
