Job summary

Toppan Security Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an IT Support professional in Kuala Lumpur to provide technical assistance, manage AD/GP/MS365, and secure the corporate environment.

You will collaborate with end-users and IT teams to diagnose problems and implement fixes, with occasional after-hours support as needed. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in IT and 1–3 years of IT support or network administration experience, including firewall and VPN expertise.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 1–3 years in IT support or network administration.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, Cisco/WatchGuard IDS/IPS and endpoint security.
• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, PCI DSS and PDPA for audits and policy drafting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage user lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, access reviews.
• Monitor server health, perform patching, and troubleshoot issues.
• Support MS 365 / Azure AD Entra ID environments.
• Assist with Intune / endpoint management and device compliance.
• Maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, and Wi‑Fi infrastructure.
• Enforce endpoint security policies (antivirus, patching).
• Support security audits, access reviews, and incident investigations.
• Identify recurring IT issues and propose improvement solutions.
• Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
