You will diagnose and resolve problems, configure new systems, maintain records, and train customers and internal teams, collaborating with IT, engineering and customer service to meet technical needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT or related field.
1–3 years in technical support or similar role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of products relevant to the company such as Key Management procedures and related.
SQL, APIs, system integration or log analysis.
Cryptography, encryption or Hardware Security Modules (HSM).

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems to minimize downtime.
Install and configure new systems and software for customers and internal use.
Maintain accurate technical records and prepare user manuals.
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and prepare technical reports.
Provide training to customers and internal teams on system usage and best practices.
Collaborate with IT, engineering and customer service to meet requirements.
Assist in product testing and provide feedback for improvement.
Communicate updates and clear instructions to customers.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
