Job summary

TDCX Group is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support professional in Malaysia to monitor and manage servers, AD, DNS, and related services. You will provide end-user PC support, handle backups, and contribute to security and compliance tasks within a global services environment.

The role emphasizes routine maintenance, incident resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and data integrity for critical systems.

Qualifications

• Required degree in Safety Management or Engineering or related.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field.
• Experience supporting end users for daily PC usage problems (Windows).
• Experience with Windows Server Active Directory users and computers, network infrastructure, and permissions.
• Experience with DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, WINS, IIS, FTP and TCP/IP.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and manage servers and infrastructure services (antivirus, databases, AD, Exchange, file services, firewalls).
• Develop and implement housekeeping routines; monitor system and logs.
• Ensure backups are executed and can restore from backup as required.
• Provide technical support for end users’ PC, printer, and email needs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide permanent resolutions.
• Handle privilege access, config compliance, and vulnerability management collaboration.
• Perform other duties to support the Quality Management System.
