Job summary

Superlon Worldwide Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Support professional to maintain and improve our IT environment across desktops, networks, and applications. The role blends hands-on support with cybersecurity awareness and responsible use of AI tools to troubleshoot issues and enhance workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in IT-related fields, familiarity with Windows, VPN, firewalls, and a willingness to grow in cybersecurity practices. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, IS, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years' IT experience encouraged to apply.
• Working knowledge of Windows, networking basics, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN.
• Basic cybersecurity principles including endpoint security and patch management.
• Ability to map processes and translate problems into practical tech solutions.
• Comfort with AI tools for troubleshooting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for end users and IT equipment.
• Support setup and maintenance of network infrastructure incl. LAN/WAN and VPN.
• Assist with cybersecurity controls and incident escalation per company policy.
• Apply business-process thinking to IT requests and improvements.
• Use AI/automation tools to accelerate troubleshooting and documentation.
• Support internal software, databases, and simple automation projects.
• Document processes, dependencies, and user requirements for digitisation.
• Contribute to IT roadmap, cloud adoption, and digitalisation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and SOPs.
