Job summary

Priority Solution Consultancy Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive IT Support staff to provide helpdesk and on-site technical assistance for end users, including computers, printers, and other office IT equipment.

You will manage and maintain hardware and software, configure networks, troubleshoot desktop PCs, servers, firewalls, and other devices, and collaborate with IT colleagues to implement improvements; willing to travel to client offices.

Qualifications

• Diploma / equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in IT technical support or networking; fresh graduates with relevant IT qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Independent, hands-on, and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk and technical support to end users.
• Provide IT support to the office, including computers, printers, and other office IT equipment.
• Manage and maintain computer hardware, software, and IT equipment.
• Perform desktop PC, printer, and IT equipment troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Maintain and configure existing customer IT systems, including PCs, servers, firewalls, switches, and other network devices.
• Perform routine maintenance on network infrastructure.
• Assist in the setup, installation, and configuration of network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Work closely with other IT staff to implement network solutions and improvements.
• Assist with general office IT-related tasks and provide technical support to office staff as required
