Job summary

Key duties include managing day-to-day IT operations, providing user support, coordinating vendor relationships, and contributing to digital transformation projects. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 is a plus, with a focus on policies, documentation, and security best practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of IT support or systems/network admin experience.
• Strong skills in managing and troubleshooting network systems, servers, and software.
• Knowledge of information security: firewalls, antivirus, access control.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with good communication.
• Cross-functional teamwork and collaboration.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and scripting is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT systems management and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support to employees.
• Assist with vendor negotiations and management of IT records.
• Lead IT projects such as upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support specialized applications and systems in the company.
• Stay updated with technology trends and propose improvements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration is an advantage.
• Plan and manage IT documentation (PR, PO, invoices).
