Job summary

Horiba Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Executive to provide reliable, secure and efficient IT services across Southeast Asia operations. The role covers end-user and application support, infrastructure administration, network security, backup and recovery, asset management and regional IT projects.

Qualifications

• : Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related discipline; certifications welcomed
• : 8 years of progressive hands-on IT experience preferred across multi-country environments
• : Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID/AD, servers, storage, networking and security
• : Ability to support end-user and application services, manage incidents and drive improvements

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1–2 end-user support across HORIBA Southeast Asia locations
• Own incidents and requests from logging to resolution with clear communications
• Assist onboarding/offboarding, access requests and user guidance in line with policies
• Administer on-premises and cloud infrastructure including servers, storage and directory services
• Maintain LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls, VPN, Wi‑Fi and endpoint protection
• Manage IT assets, licenses, warranties and lifecycle planning
• Collaborate with business teams to identify digitalization, automation and reporting opportunities
• Support regional IT projects with scope, risk, testing, training and handover
• Prepare IT reports, cost information and audit support materials
• Ensure security, ISO/PDPA/privacy compliance and incident remediation
