PERSOL Malaysia is seeking an IT Specialist to oversee and maintain internal enterprise systems across OA, ERP, MES, PDA scanners, and digital platforms. The role includes system testing, training, and rollout planning within a manufacturing setting.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS and at least 3 years of hands-on IT experience, with strong problem-solving and time-management skills, and willingness to work OT when needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and maintain subsidiary modules in internal enterprise systems (OA, ERP, MES, PDA scanner systems, and digital consumption systems).
• Conduct system testing, user training, bug reporting, and issue resolution for internal software applications.
• Gather business requirements for new system implementations, system upgrades, and rollout training.
• Maintain and support office terminals, IT hardware, CCTV surveillance, and internal office networks.
• Monitor health, performance and security of business system servers in the data center.
• Manage and troubleshoot video conferencing equipment and internal telecommunication devices.
• Provide fast-response IT troubleshooting and support across all departments; maintain logs and documentation.
