Job Title: IT & Digitalization Junior Manager

Location: Puchong (HQ) – Frequent travel to Melaka required

About the role

We are looking for an IT & Digitalization Junior Manager to bridge business operations and IT by implementing practical digital solutions, workflow automation, system integration, and process improvements. The role also involves managing IT infrastructure and internal systems to ensure security, stability, and scalability. This is a business-oriented IT and digitalization role, not purely technical support. The candidate must connect business needs with practical IT solutions to improve efficiency and support organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, Projects, Procurement, and Management to identify workflow improvements and digitalization opportunities
• Implement workflow automation, improve system integration, and enhance operational reporting
• Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, backups, security, and user access
• Maintain and enhance ERP, HRMS, CRM, internal portals, dashboards, and other business systems
• Coordinate IT projects, system implementations, vendors, and cross-department activities
• Develop IT SOPs and policies, provide user training, and resolve system and infrastructure issues

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in IT, systems, or digitalization within a commercial or operational environment
• Hands‑on experience with IT infrastructure, internal systems, workflow automation, ERP, and system integration
• Knowledge of networks, cloud systems, cybersecurity, backups, and access control
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, trading, or multi‑department organizations is preferred
• Digital transformation and ERP implementation is preferred
• Workflow automation and system integration is preferred
• Process optimization and business‑focused IT solutions is preferred
• Must present previous projects, explaining the business problem, proposed solution, personal contribution, implementation, workflow improvements, and measurable business results
