• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5-8 years in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Experience supervising an IT team.
• Experience across multi-site operations preferred.

• Oversee IT operations and service management across sites.
• Manage servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
• Coordinate incident resolution and SLA adherence.
• Lead maintenance planning and preventive actions.
• Ensure security controls, backups, and DR readiness.
