Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a warehouse/logistics coordinator to manage inventory accuracy, annual stock takes, and timely reporting. The role involves license renewals, customs documentation, and coordination with shipping agents to ensure smooth import processes.

The candidate should have a diploma or degree in logistics or related field with 1–2 years of warehousing experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, SCM or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics/warehousing.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for warehouse inventory accuracy and annual stock take.
• Renew LMW license and exemption list; maintain records.
• Submit monthly finished goods and raw material reports to Customs Ayer Keroh.
• Coordinate with shipping agent for customs clearance; verify documents.
• Verify monthly courier billing invoices before submission.
• Prepare and submit monthly inventory reports for verification.
• Deal with clearance agent on K9 form declaration.
• Generate GPB form for all sales invoices to LMW.
• Handle receiving of goods.
• Update stock levels to customers in weekly Excel reports.
• Daily update GRN in UBS for incoming goods.
• Manage customer stock status and raise Purchase Requisitions when needed.
• Receive other assignments from supervisor.
