Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an organized Inventory Controller Assistant Manager to oversee inventory accuracy, stock movements, and related logistics. You will ensure precise stock records, coordinate with production and planning teams, and drive audit-compliant processes across the warehouse.

The role requires 5–8 years in logistics or inventory management, with hands-on ERP experience and strong analytical skills to minimize variances and improve operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years in logistics, warehouse or inventory management.
• Hands-on inventory control, stock reconciliation and physical stock audits.
• Experience in manufacturing or surface finishing industries is advantageous.
• Familiar with ERP and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory accuracy and stock control between physical stock and system records.
• Lead monthly, half-yearly and yearly physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate customer orders, delivery schedules, collections and stock requirements.
• Supervise warehouse and logistics personnel; ensure safe, efficient operations.
